1. Service Provision & Client Scripts

Packages require client-provided scripts or narrative outlines. Production timelines begin upon receipt of physical media and script documentation.

2. Shipping & Physical Media

Return shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on tape quantities. Clients opting for free disposal grant permission for media recycling 30 days after digital order completion.

3. Limitation of Liability

While we take maximum care with vintage media, Freedom Hubs LLC is not liable for age-related tape degradation or transit damage beyond standard carrier insurance options.
